What do these symptoms sound like? Should I bother seeing a doctor?
Stiff neck and moderate to severe pain behind eyes. It feels like a really bad tension headache in the muscles around my eyes. I have to close my eyes when I turn my head because it hurts too much to move them around on their own. I’ve had it for a few days now and can’t get rid of it by taking otc pain relievers. I also took some Valium, thinking it would help relax the muscles, but it only got worse.
Last week I also had a sore throat but not so much anymore.
I’m worried because I never get sick and hate seeing doctors. Also around a week ago I sat outside and was bit by mosquitos. I doubt I got anything from the mosquitos, but I thought it was worth mentioning anyway.
Should I just wait a few days to see if the pain goes away on its own?
Currently no fever. I just checked and it’s normal.
Are you running a fever at all? If so, I would see a doctor. If not, it’s probably OK to wait a couple more days.
Tension Headaches, any way of soothing them?
I have been getting headaches for about 10 years now and have been using alot of pain relievers as my way of riding of them. I am so tired of popping pill after pill. I have 3 different kinds one for migraines, one for tension headaches and just plain ibuprofen. I know this isn’t healthy for my body but taking care od a 2 year old a headache just simply wont do. Any way of soothing them?? I mainly get tension headaches which is pain down my neck and the back of my head to the front of my head. I have been to a doctor but cannot afford a specialists to take care of it at the moment.
Please any remedy or anything would help.
Smoke marijuana. Get a quack doctor to write you a prescription, then head down to the marijuana superstore in CA. Buy an ounce then light that shit up before bed.
