Exam tomorrow but dealing with constant headache?
Hey, I start my standard grade exams tomorrow, and for about a month or so i have been suffering with pain full headaches/migraines. I started to develop a twitch in my right eye, which was constantly there, but that has seemed to die down and it only comes back every so often. Anyway, my question to you is, is there any advice you could give me? Should i take painkillers before my exam? – i really don’t want to have a pain full headache during an exam.
Also, i’ve been told these headaches could be due to stress or tension – although i don’t really feel stressed, and i certainly wasn’t stressed a month or so ago, i’m more a laid back type of person. Does this sound like a tension headache to you?
