I need drug free headache relief and I’m pregnant?
I am 14 weeks pregnant and have suffered tension miagrains most of my life, I have kept them at bay for the last couple of months, but have now had one for 2 days. Any suggestions would be appreciated. The tension is in my neck.
The reason I said drug free is due to my history of miagrains, I need strong stuff to work. (And I don’t even like taking that!!) Over the counter stuff doesn’t work on me.
Also I am broke and can’t afford massage, chiropractors etc.
My hubby tries to massage me, but it doesn’t work. So I’m hoping someone will be able to help with relaxation techniques or something. (I’ve tried the tense and relax method, I can’t seem to relax enough) I’ve always been a tense person, and can’t remember the last time I was fully tension free and relaxed.

Try a natural food store/herbal store. They can give you something that will be all natural to help your headaches while being completely safe for the baby.
