Help please?
Laetly at school that I had panic attacks weird when I get very nervous and my heart a little faster. I have these, because the bad thoughts because I'm afraid that something bad will happen to my doctor. (Heartattack, diabetes, those other things I saw on the news.) I just eat a some cake and a drink and my head hurts, and I'm tired. I'm scared that something is wrong. Please help me I'm eleven. The way my head hurts my parents say it's a pain sinus headache and so does the nurse. The nurse says my heart is right but I'm still scared. Any ideas?
I used to have attacks Panic in school too. You have to find a way to think about other things. I know its reall hard, but need to put those thoughts away. I know her well afraid when it happens, it feels as if her heart would burst. Just breath, take a walk, take a drink of water. Anything to take his mind it. Good sweetie suerte =)
